St. Johns County home prices rose 1.2% in October, with houses listed at a median of $577,000

The median home in St. Johns County listed for $577,000 in October, up 1.2% from the previous month's $570,000, an analysis of data from Realtor.com shows.

Compared to October 2022, the median home list price increased 0.9% from $573,715.

St. Johns County's median home was 2,036 square feet, listed at $280 per square foot. The price per square foot of homes for sale is up 2.4% from October 2022.

Listings in St. Johns County moved slowly, at a median 55 days listed compared to the October national median of 50 days on the market. In the previous month, homes had a median of 57 days on the market. Around 728 homes were newly listed on the market in October, a 5.7% decrease from 772 new listings in October 2022.
