Over the last 30 years, we have specialized in the selling and marketing of new home communities for local and national builders in small and large planned urban developments having closed out over 600 communities across Georgia, South Carolina & North Carolina. We have marketed up to 50 communities at one time and averaged up to 80 closings per month. We also enjoy helping buyers find the home of their dreams.
Our marketing staff is dedicated to delivering customized, professional marketing services for our clients and sales force. This includes all necessary marketing tools used for sales presentations, as well as full-scale advertising campaigns designed for television and radio. Throughout the years, we have developed tried and true marketing plans - plans that work and that can easily be adjusted to accommodate a shifting market.

The GE Sales Training Institute was formed by Rhonda Gailey in 1996. Over the years, thousands of executives have been trained to represent our clients. Our training is intensive and encompasses all the needs of our clients. Once we have learned your policies and procedures, we will customize our training so that the sales force can represent both us and you in a professional, courteous, and successful manner.
Meet our Broker/Owner- Rhonda Gramm Gailey
Rhonda has been working in the real estate industry since 1993 and obtained her Broker license in 1999. She has been a Multi-Million Dollar producer since her first year in real estate and has personally sold over $1 Billion in Real Estate.
Rhonda's previous focus was on New Planned Communities and Developments, overseeing and successfully closing out over 600 communities and supervising more than 180 agents and general transactions in 3 states. She implemented the New Homes Sales Training program in 1996 and watched it grow into a highly coveted program. She has personally trained thousands of agents over the years.
Rhonda is a very hand's on leader enjoying the mentorship and relationships built with clients She is active in the local communities, affiliations and professional industry organizations. She is a member of the NAHB and local divisions such as the Atlanta and Charlotte Home Builders Associations. She was also asked to serve on the Executive Committee of the South Fulton Chapter of the Atlanta Home Builders Association. She is active with the Atlanta New Home Sales and Marketing Council, local Chambers of Commerce, Councils of growth, and the Better Business Bureau.
Rhonda led her team to produce nearly 1000 transactions each year earning billions in production and several personal achievements.
